The Tweetop insulated pipe, made from multilayer PERT-AI-PERT (Raised Temperature Polyethylene – DOWLEX), is designed for maximum durability and performance in various plumbing and heating systems. Constructed with a core of ultrasonically welded aluminium, surrounded by two layers of PERT on both the inside and outside, this pipe structure combines the strength of metal with the flexibility of plastic. It is capable of handling pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 95°C, making it ideal for installations involving hot and cold tap water, central heating (radiator connections), surface heating (underfloor and wall), and ice water systems.Tweetop insulated pipes offer several key advantages: they are flexible with no shape memory, allow for easy bending without supports, and have a very low thermal expansion coefficient, similar to steel or copper pipes.
